Single Family

Dear Market. This is my story and my request. I was a young, new home a couple generations ago, grand, large and modern. My spacious rooms raised and entertained many over the years. My front sitting room allowed for quiet contemplation by my cozy wood burning fireplace. I greeted guests and family with poise and elegance. The real fun however, happened in the back of the house. The kitchen, fully loaded with a wine cooler, glass front cabinets and a breakfast bar served as the center of family activity. Hundreds of bowls of cereal were eaten by the little ones. The adjoining 2 story family room hosted dozens of holidays with a twelve foot tree and enough room for a table for twenty. Off of the family room is one of two master suites. I was privileged to see love delivered as the family gathered. However, the leaders of the family aged and it became painfully obvious they could no longer stay in their retreat.
